Tyson Pedro spoke following his win over Saparbeg Safarov at UFC 221. Highlights are below, per MMAjunkie:

On being disappointed by not getting a bonus: “Who chooses the bonuses, actually? I’m actually burning about that. Are you not entertained? What more do you want?…Man, to be honest, I thought that crowd favorite was going to get (Tuivasa and me) bonuses. (I’m) still a little disappointed. It’s awesome, but I thought I’d at least get ‘Walkout of the Night’ performance.”

On beating Tai Tuivasa for the best walkout of the night: “He knows I did. They used the wrong version (of his walkout song) for him. It was like a funeral walkout.”

On his submission won: “I actually mistook the clap – I heard the clap, and I thought it was the last 10 seconds, so I thought, ‘I’ve got to rip it off here.'”
