Gugu Mbatha-Raw Joins Loki Disney+ Series

Gugu Mbatha-Raw is taking a trip to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, signing onto the Disney+ Loki series. Deadline reports that the Belle and Fast Color actress has signed on to play an as-yet-unnamed role that is a “prominent character, possibly a female lead.”

Mbatha-Raw joins a cast that includes Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson and Sophia Di Martino. The series is set to arrive in spring 2021.
