Jason Blum Says Halloween Ends To Begin Filming Soon

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

The final film of the new Halloween trilogy is set to begin filming in a few months. Jason Blum spoke with Evolution of Horror (per JoBlo and said that with Hallowen Kills in post-production, Halloween Ends will begin filming soon.

Hallowen Kills, I saw it a couple weeks ago, it’s amazing, it’s super big,” Blum said. “The canvas of the movie is big. For us (Blumhouse), it’s much bigger than our normal canvas. It’s amazing, it’s super violent, and I loved it. The third movie, we’re not going to start shooting it for three or four months.”

Halloween Kills stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Andi Matichak as Allyson, Judy Greer as Karen, Dylan Arnold as Cameron Elam, Victoria Paige Watkins as Christy, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion, Charles Cyphers as Leigh Brackett, Anthony Michael Hall as Tommy Doyle, Robert Longstreet as Lonnie Elam, James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle as Michael Myers. It is set to release on October 16th.

Meanwhile, Halloween Ends is set to release on October 15th, 2021.
