Jim Carrey Will Play Dr. Robotnik In Sonic the Hedgehog

Deadline reports that Jim Carrey has been set to play the evil Dr. Robotnik in the upcoming live-action/CGI adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog. The film will be directed by Jeff Fowler from a script by Pat Casey & Josh Miller. It also stars James Marsden and Tika Sumpter. Neal Moritz, Mie Onishi and Tim Miller will produce.
