We’ll need to wait a little longer to see Morbius, as it’s been pushed back three months from its planned release date. Sony Pictures announced on Monday that the Sony Spider-Man Universe film, which stars Jared Leto, will now release on April 1st instead of the scheduled January 28th release date.

This is the latest move for the film, which was originally set to release on July 10th, 2020. Since then it has been moved to July 31st, 2020; March 9th, 2021; October 8th, 2021; January 21st, 2022; and then January 28th.

The film will now release on the same weekend as comedy Easter Sunday and thriller The Contractor. It stars Leto as the titular character alongside Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal, and Tyrese Gibson. It is described as follows:

One of the most compelling and conflicted characters in Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters comes to the big screen as Oscar winner Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic antihero Michael Morbius. Dangerously ill with a rare blood disorder and determined to save others suffering his same fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate gamble. While at first it seems to be a radical success, a darkness inside him is unleashed. Will good override evil – or will Morbius succumb to his mysterious new urges?
