New Halloween Ends Trailer Teases the Saga’s End
Laurie Strode and Michael Myers’ saga comes to an end in Halloween Ends, and the final trailer teases Michael’s return as well as their final battle. Universal Pictures released the trailer for the horror film on Tuesday, which reveals Michael’s return after four years following the events of Halloween Kills and Laurie’s plans to deal with him once and for all.
The film is set to release on October 14th in theaters and on Peacock and is directed by David Gordon Green. It will conclude the latest trilogy that started with 2018’s Halloween and continued into 2021’s Hallowen Kills. The synopsis reads:
Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.
