Old Blood Meets New In First The Expend4bles Trailer

The mercs are back this September in The Expend4bles, and the first trailer introduces the Old Blood to the New Blood. Lionsgate released the first trailer in the latest entry in the action franchise on Wednesday, and you can check out the preview below.

The trailer sets up Megan Fox’s new character as an ex-girlfriend of Lloyd Christmas (Jason Statham) and sees the mercenary team contracted to prevent World War III by taking out terrorists who have hijacked nuclear missiles. The trailer also includes several action shots and a look at the new and old cast.

The film stars Statham, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Fox, Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Randy Couture, Jacob Scipio, and Levy Tran with Andy Garcia and Sylvester Stallone. Directed by Scott Waugh, the new film releases on September 22nd and is described as follows:
