Stormy Daniels Now Suing President Trump for Defamation

TMZ reports that Stormy Daniels has filed a second lawsuit against United States President Doanld Trump. This latest lawsuit is claiming that Trump defamed her by questioning her story about being threatened by a man over their alleged affair.

Daniels claims that the president lied when he wrote on Twitter, “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!” According to the latest lawsuit, Daniels says Trump defamed her by saying she is lying, and that he’s also accusing her of committing a crime.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims that Daniels has been exposed to death threats as a result of the president tweeting out that statement.

Previously, Daniels filed another lawsuit against the president and lawyer Michael Cohen in order to overturn her alleged “hush” agreement to not speak about her affair with the Commander in Chief.
