The Walking Dead Season Nine Time Jump Length Revealed

The length of the time jump preceding The Walking Dead season nine was revealed on Sunday night. As TV Line reports, Sunday night’s season nine preview on AMC revealed that the new season will pick up eighteen months after the season eight finale.
Season nine premieres on October 7th, and will be the final season for Andrew Lincoln as Rick. The season will see the arrival of several characters from the comics including Whisperers’ leader Alpha (Samantha Morton), Jed (Rhys Coiro) and Justin (Zach McGowan) from the Saviors, and Earl (John Finn) and Tammy (Brett Butler).
