AEW Dynamite Ratings & Viewership Drop This Week, Draws Lowest Rating in Over Three Years

– Showbuzz Daily has the Wednesday television numbers and ratings for last night’s edition of AEW Dynamite. Last night’s show saw numbers drop across the board.
This week’s show was the fallout from last Sunday’s AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II pay-per-view event. AEW Dynamite averaged 809,000 viewers. Viewership dropped from last week’s show, which averaged 902,000 viewers.
Ratings also fell in the P18-49 key ratings demo. Dynamite drew a 0.24 rating, falling from last week’s 0.33 rating in the same key demo. This marks the lowest rating in the key demo for Dynamite in over three years, since the June 24, 2020 edition of Dynamite (h/t Wrestlenomics). That show drew a 0.23 rating.
Dynamite ranked No. 3 for cable original programming on Wednesday. Last week’s show ranked No. 2. The NHL Draft ranked No. 1 for cable programming this week with a 0.25 rating. FNC’s the Five topped Wednesday viewership with 2.569 million viewers.
