AEW Files Trademark Application For ‘For The Sickos’

All Elite Wrestling has filed a U.S. trademark application for “For The Sickos,” a phrase commonly used by AEW talent and Tony Khan for the promotion’s fans. The company submitted the application on September 14. The filing covers clothing and wrestling-related entertainment services.

AEW listed June 27, 2024, as the first use anywhere and in commerce for “For The Sickos.” For merchandise, the application falls under International Class 25, including products such as shirts, T-shirts, and sweatshirts. The application also covers entertainment services under International Class 41. Those services include professional wrestling contests and live wrestling performances.

AEW has also merchandised the phrase previously. The trademark application now seeks protection for “For The Sickos” across merchandise and wrestling-related entertainment services. The full description is:
