AJ Styles Reveals He Produced Cruz Montana vs. Grayson Waller on Last Week’s NXT

WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles produces another match in NXT.

On the most recent edition of The AJ Styles Show, The Phenomenal One confirmed that he was the producer for the NXT Championship Number-One Contender’s match between Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller last Tuesday.

AJ said he didn’t have to do much, given that both competitors are experienced professionals who know what they are doing.

Here’s what AJ said:

“Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller, I was lucky enough to be able to produce that match. There’s not a lot you have to do in this match. You have two pros who have been on television, and they know what they’re doing. I had no worries that they’d get it done in the time they needed to. Total pros.”

The match ultimately ended in a no contest after Zilla Fatu showed up out of nowhere and attacked both Montana and Waller.

Notably, AJ also produced the NXT Women’s Championship Underground match between Kendal Grey and Lola Vice earlier this month.
