Chasyn Rance Has a New Trial Date

– Chasyn Rance has a new trial date for his allegations of lewd or lascivious battery after having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl several years ago. His attorney filed a Motion for Continuance when he stated that they were not sufficiently prepared to go to trial. June 22, 2011 will be the date for the new pre-trial conference, and the matter is scheduled for trial during the July 11th trial period.

Rance was arrested in July after authorities taped several conversations he had with the girl. In the recordings, he admitted that they had slept together and he was sorry if he “ever hurt her.”
