Chelsea Green Says She Is Done Downplaying Her Success

Chelsea Green is done acting like an underdog. The year 2025 has seen her achieve everything she had dreamed about. She is currently a double champion, holding the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship alongside Ethan Page and the Women’s United States Title.

Earlier this month, the Canadian declared on X that she is done downplaying her achievements by portraying an underdog mentality and that she now belongs to the top one percent. In a recent interaction with Adrian Hernandez on Unlikely, Chelsea Green doubled down on this. The SmackDown Superstar stated that she recently realized that she is not really an underdog, given that it’s her “confidence in her delusional confidence” that has helped her achieve everything she had ever dreamt about.

“So I had actually just spoken to the Unreal cameras, and I realized, ‘Why do I keep, like, downplaying who I am and my success? Why do I keep…’ Yes, I was an underdog, but have I ever really been an underdog? My confidence in my delusional confidence has always got me exactly what I wanted. It’s just taken me a while to get here, but, like, I’m here. I don’t know why I keep downplaying it. I’m here. I have everything I’ve ever wanted. I’m doing exactly what I dreamt of. I’m done acting like I didn’t get what I wanted. Blah, blah, blah. I got what I wanted. This year, I’ve got everything I’ve wanted. That’s it. That’s really it,” Green said.

Chelsea also reflected on what has been an incredible year for her and manifested even better things in 2026.

“Life couldn’t be better. 2025 has been a good year, and here’s to 2026 being somehow even better.”
