Note on Which City Is Likely To Host Wrestlemania 42 in 2026

Wrestlevotes and Fightful Select report that WWE is likely to announce the host city for Wrestlemania 42 soon, which takes place next year. The announcement will be made before this year’s event.

It is believed that the city will be New Orleans, which previously hosted Wrestlemania 30 and 34. This had reportedly been the plan for years, going back to when Vince McMahon was still in charge. With the 2025 location being up in the air last year, there were some who thought 2026 plans would also change. Partners of the company also believe that New Orleans is the plan, unless plans suddenly change.

Meanwhile, it’s believed that Wrestlemania will not be in Saudi Arabia or the UK until 2028 at at the earliest.

Sources indicate WWE is planning on announcing WrestleMania 42’s location prior to this year’s event, with the highly speculated New Orleans, LA, as the host city. The Superdome (Silverdome, brother)—home of WM 30 & 34—is set to host its third Mania in 2026.
