This week’s edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has more details on the final attendance figures for AEW Full Gear 2025, along with AEW’s final pay-per-view event of the year Worlds End 2025.

The Observer reports that Full Gear sold 10,485 tickets, but the show was reportedly several thousand tickets short of selling out the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. For comparison, WrestleTix reported the afternoon of the day of the show that AEW distributed 10,229 tickets for the event, with 366 tickets still available for a setup of 10,595 seats.

WrestleTix also reports that AEW Full Gear 2024 sold about 10,639 tickets. It was projected earlier that the event would sell between 9,000-10,000 tickets.

The latest Observer notes that AEW Full Gear 2025 saw a significant increase in ticket sales following the go-home edition of Dynamite on Wednesday before the event. AEW also pushed during their broadcasts that it was the fifth straight year that AEW sold more than 10,000 tickets for Full Gear, starting with Full Gear 2021.

The first AEW Full Gear took place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland and drew a reported 8,200 tickets sold. The second Full Gear in 2020 took place at Daily’s Place with a reduced crowd due to the pandemic.

AEW’s next pay-per-view event will be Worlds End 2025, taking place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The Observer reports that Worlds End currently has 5,246 tickets out for the event, which will feature the semifinals and finals of the AEW Continental Classic Tournament.

AEW Worlds End 2025 will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
