Jake Doyle took to social media to comment on his injury suffered on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite. As reported earlier today, Doyle suffered an injury during Wednesday night’s World Tag Team Championship match as he teamed with Mark Davis in order to challenge FTR for the Tag Team Titles. Partway through the match, Doyle held on to the top rope while taking a DDT on the apron from Cash Wheeler. He landed hard on the ring apron and was seen calling out that he tore his bicep.

Doyle posted to Twitter on Thursday to comment on the injury. He wrote:

“DOWN BUT NEVER OUT MOTHER F**KER!!”

AEW has yet to officially confirm the injury. It is not known how severe it is, nor how long Doyle may be out of action.

Doyle made his debut for AEW at the start of the month. The former Jake Something debut on the January 7th episode of Dynamite as a new member of the Don Callis Family.

On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Doyle for a quick and full recovery.
