JBL Says He Won’t Say If He’s Going to Appear in AEW

– During a recent live Q&A session with Sportskeeda Wrestling, WWE Hall of Famer JBL was asked if he could ever appear in AEW and if his time in WWE was up. JBL stated (via WrestlingInc.com), “I didn’t tell anyone I was going to the other promotions, I won’t tell anyone if I’m going [to AEW] either. I have no idea. I’ve always been a lifelong WWE guy. I’ve always been loyal to the WWE, so probably not.”
As previously reported, JBL noted during the Q&A that all “speculation” about his WWE contract status on the internet has been “100% wrong.” JBL has recently made appearances in GCW and MLW, sparking discussion about his current WWE status.
