Join 411’s Live WWE NXT Coverage

Hey kids! Steve Cook here with you for another edition of WWE NXT on the CW! We’ve got a big show in Orlando tonight, where the #1 Contender to Rey Fenix’s AAA Cruiserweight Championsip will be determined in a Fatal 4-Way. We’ve also got Kendal Grey & Wren Sinclair taking on Kelani Jordan & Kali Armstrong, Jackson Drake trying to earn a North American Championship match and Nattie trying not to lose to another greenhorn. Sounds like fun!

If you already subscribe to the 411MANIA Wrestling Newsletter, earlier today you received some of my thoughts on patience for Carmelo Hayes, forgiving Drake Wuertz & Kevin Nash not watching wrestling. If you don’t already subscribe, do so right now! Yes, before we get to the show because if you’re like me you won’t remember to do this a minute from now.

If you’d like to chime in with your own thoughts on tonight’s show, feel free to join your fellow 411 Maniacs down in the comment section! As the legendary Larry Csonka always said: Have fun and don’t be a dick. When I’m not here you can catch me on social media from time to time. To be honest, e-mail is a better option and you can reach me at [email protected]. I’ll be more likely to respond there.

Then. Now. Forever. Together!

We see clips from last week when Cruz Santana & Grayson Waller fought to a no-contest thanks to Zilla Fatu. Zilla will sign his NXT Contract!

Cruz Montana makes his way to the ring through the crowd. The fans chant his name somewhat in rhythm. Cruz says “yo” and asks what’s good. He asks Zilla where he’s at. When Cruz came here, he said he wasn’t here to fill a spot, it was to take one. If it wasn’t for Zilla, Cruz would be the #1 Contender. Cruz won’t let Zilla take what’s his, he’s a proud Boricua from the Bronx. A stagehand tells Cruz that Zilla isn’t here.

Rey Fenix is, and he makes his way to the ring. Fenix is happy to see Cruz again, and lets him know that he’s here to find out who he’ll defend the AAA Cruiserweight Championship against next week. If someone cost him a title shot, he’d want to get them too. Cruz says they’ve gone to hell against each other everywhere they’ve been. Cruz respects Fenix for the way he represents himself and the culture, so the floor is his. Cruz says people say the most dangerous place here is the parking lot, so he’ll go out there to meet Zilla.

Vic Joseph & Booker T are our hosts.
