Meiko Satomura Works Retirement Match

Wrestling legend Meiko Satomura officially hung up her boots today, competing in her final matches and bringing her illustrious in-ring career to a close.
Satomura’s planned retirement match saw her team with Manami to face the formidable duo of Aja Kong & Chihiro Hashimoto. In a fitting end to the scheduled bout, Satomura secured the victory for her team by pinning fellow icon Aja Kong.
However, the celebration wasn’t quite over. Following the match, Aja Kong requested an additional five minutes in the ring alongside Satomura. This led to a final farewell match where Meiko Satomura teamed up with her recent opponent, Aja Kong, against a five-woman team comprised of Senka Akatsuki, Takumi Iroha, Mika Iwata, Chihiro Hashimoto, and YUNA.
After the impromptu contest, Satomura received a heartfelt send-off, showered with traditional red streamers from the crowd and presented with flowers and gifts.
