CM Punk ‘Overwhelmed’ After Competing At WWE x AAA Worlds Collide

CM Punk took to social media to comment on competing at last night’s WWE x AAA Worlds Collide. As noted, the former Undispited WWE Champion was part of the six-man tag team match at last night’s event, teaming up with Rey Mysterio and El Grande Americano against JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio, & Omos.

Punk posted to his Instagram stories to comment on the show. He wrote:

“I find myself overwhelmed once again. I don’t have the words to properly express what it feels like to experience such a magical night. I want you to know my gratitude knows no bounds. I am nothing with the fans.

Chicago. I love you. A perfect night. Cultures came together and we celebrated. One universal language. Wrestling.

Thank you to everyone who came out. All the hard work from the boys. Respect and love. Until next time. This fire burns. Always.”

WWE x AAA Worlds Collide took place in Chicago and will air Wednesday night on YouTube.
