Kiana James Opens Up About Her Experience Getting Breast Implants

Kiana James recently touched on her experience with getting breast implants and the process she went through for the cosmetic surgery. The WWE Smackdown star appeared on Ivy Nile’s Ari And Emily YouTube series for a workout video. During the discussion, James opened up about the surgical process to get augmentation surgery, which she underwent after she was drafted to WWE Raw in April of 2024.

James spoke about how the process usually works, noting that the implant usually goes under the muscle so it looks more natural, but that she wanted it over so that the muscle didn’t get messed with. You can see highlights below:

On the Surgical Process:

“Well, not that anyone needs like a lesson on fake boobies. Typically, they like to put your implant under the muscle, because then it looks more natural. It looks more natural because like, what you’re seeing is the person’s skin and flesh, and the fake part is like, way under. But it just depends on how your body recovers, ’cause they rip your muscle off the bone and put something underneath. Could be lying, but that’s — to my knowledge, that’s what happens.”

On Her Conversation With Her Doctor:

“I wanted mine over, I was like, ‘Just slide it in there. Don’t mess with my muscle.’ They’re like, ‘Well, it could look a little bit more artificial.’ But I was like, ‘Don’t touch my muscle.’ Three weeks after surgery, I was doing push-ups, pull-ups.”

Nile’s Response:

“Hell yeah. Above all, don’t mess with the integrity of our muscles.”
