Mustafa Ali lost a couple of Order 4 members but held onto his TNA International Championship on this week’s TNA Impact. Thursday night’s show saw Ali defend his championship against Jason Hotch and Trey Miguel in the main event. It was his first match back since suffering a punctured lung and fractured ribs in his match against Hotch at TNA Lockdown.

Ali has been criticizing his stablemates and berated Mila Moore on the show. John Skyler came to her defense and Ali mocked the both of them. Moore and Skyler later talked backstage and Ali came up to take more shots, at which point Moore quit and Skyler joined her.

In the main event, which ran nearly 14 minutes, Ali got an assist from Tasha Steelz who grabbed the title belt on his orders. Hotch went off the top for a double stomp but Ali pulled Steelz into take the move for him. Hotch then got thrown into the ringpost and fell to the floor, allowing Aly to nail Miguel with the title and get the pinfall.
