Omos went 2 – 0 at AAA Triplemania 34, winning the Copa Bardahl match to kick off night two of the show. The giant won the 15-man match that opened Sunday’s PLE. The Copa Bardahl is similar to a 15-man Royal Rumble but with pinfalls or submissions resulting in eliminations as well.

In addition to Omos, the match featured Abismo Negro Jr., Histeria, Mr. Iguana, Taurus, Mascarita Sagrada, El Fiscal, Laredo Kid, Mecha Wolf, La Parka, El Mesias, Dinamico, Texano Jr., Omos, Chris Carter, and Niño Hamburguesa.

El Fiscal and Negro Jr. were the first two eliminated, as they fought each other to the back. La Parka then came in at #9 and quickly eliminated the other two Los Vipers members in Histeria and Taurus. The ring then filled out a bit before Mesias and Mecha Wolf eliminated Dinamico, and then Omos entered at #13. He quickly eliminated Texano, Laredo Kid, Mesias, and Mecha Wolf, before La Parka soon followed. Carter entered and was tossed out in nothing flat, leaving Omos, Iguana, and Sagrada before Niño Hamburguesa made his return.

Omos eliminated Iguana, but Sagrada leaped off the top and got Omos over the rope, eliminating himself in the process. Hamburguesa had Omos on the edge of being eliminated, but got caught and thrown over the top to give Omos the win.

You can see clips from the match below. Omos won last year’s Copa Bardahl as well, and earned his reinstatement to AAA in the main event of AAA Triplemania 34 night one.
