Picture Of Hardcore Holly In Shape At 63 Goes Viral Online

Hardcore Holly has been out of the public eye for many years, but a new(ish) photo is going viral online showing off his physique at 63. The photo was posted to Instagram by Holly’s wife Linda Howard in last June and shows the former WWE star still in good shape. You can check it out below.

The photo was discovered by fans online and has since gone viral on Instagram, Twitter, and other social media channels. Howard wrote in the pic:

“Took my best friend to Katie Baker’s Strength 2.0 class! Awesome class, Katie!”

Holly, aka Robert William Howard, has been largely out of the wrestling business since WWE released him back in January of 2009. He had a short run in National Wrestling Superstars in England and then made a couple of sporadic appearances. His last known match was in 2019 for World Association of Wrestling in England.

Holly has kept a low profile since his unofficial retirement. Of note, a Twitter account online purporting to be him is not. The same account used to pretend to be Sid Vicious but changed to pretend to be Holly after Vicious passed away in 2024.
