Ratings: Impact Steady, ROH Skyrockets
– Impact held on nicely in the ratings this week while Ring of Honor jumped to their best viewership on Destination America with ease. Last night’s Impact brought in 266,000 viewers and a 0.06 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are up 1% and even with last week’s 264,000 and 0.06. It makes the best viewership since 335,000 tuned in back on the 7th. Meanwhile, the midnight airing of Impact scored 98,000 viewers and a 0.02, up an impressive 56% and steady with last week’s 63,000 and 0.02.
Part of the midnight jump is almost surely due to the stronger lead-in, as ROH nearly doubled last week’s viewership. The episode brought in 227,000 viewers and a 0.06, up 71% and double last week’s 132,000 and 0.03. The number tops ROH’s previous best viewership on the network, which was 185,000 back when the show was still airing at 7 PM on June 24th. The demo rating is the best in the show’s DA run as well.
