UPDATED: WWE Contracts for The Usos to Expire in April
UPDATE: In an update to this earlier rumor, PWInsider reports that multiple sources are claiming that the current WWE contracts for The Usos will expire in April 2019. Per the report, WWE has been in discussions with Jimmy and Jey Uso on signing them to a new deal.
ORIGINAL: There seems to be a lot of hand-wringing in WWE these days over whether certain talents will stay or go. Dean Ambrose and Hideo Itami are confirmed to be gone or on their way out, with The Revival and Dolph Ziggler the subject of recent rumors. You can add Jimmy and Jey Uso to that list, as during Fightful’s Post Smackdown podcast (via Ringside News), Sean Ross Sapp said there is concern that the Usos may not re-sign with WWE when their contracts expire.
He said: “I heard there has been some concern that they may not re-sign. Now, I don’t know when their deal is up but I just heard there is some concern that they might no re-sign. That doesn’t mean they are going to AEW but it means that there is just some concern.“
