Triple H, Becky Lynch, Mick Foley, More React to Sami Zayn Winning the WWE Undisputed Title at Night of Champions

As previously reported, Sami Zayn won the WWE Undisputed Championship last night at WWE Night of Champions 2026. It’s the first WWE Title win of Zayn’s career. A number of fellow WWE Superstars, colleagues, and wrestlers are sharing their reactions to the pic milestone via social media, including WWE Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Becky Lynch, and more.

Triple H wrote, “From underdog to undisputed. Congrats to the NEW @WWE Undisputed Champion @SamiZayn! Never say never.” Becky Lynch also congratulated her longtime friend, writing, “I was crying tears of joy then, and I’m crying tears of joy now! So well deserved! Congratulations @SamiZayn!!” Triple H’s post was accompanied by a behind-the-scenes clip showing Triple H and Zayn posing for a photo together.

Former WWE Champion The Miz also congratulated Sami Zayn on joining the Grand Slam Title club. He wrote, “We’ve got another Grand Slam Champion. Congrats and welcome to the club. Well deserved.”

Also, TNA broadcaster and former WWE Superstar Matthew Rehwoldt shared his reaction to the news, along with a photo of himself with Zayn. He stated, “Underdog from the underground…now on top of the world. Congrats champ ❤️ Sami Zayn Forever.”

WWE Hall of Famer and AEW talent Mick Foley also shared his reaction on his Instagram Stories. He shared a photo of Zayn’s title win above an image of his iconic first WWE Title win on Monday Night Raw on January 4, 1999. He wrote in the caption, “Congratulations to Sami Zayn on his WWE World Title victory last night. He earned this.”
