Undisputed WWE Title Match Set For Royal Rumble

The WWE Royal Rumble will see the Undisputed WWE Championship on the line, and details on the challenger have been revealed. The championship will be defended at the PLE, and it was announced on Friday’s episode of Smackdown that the champion will defend against the winner of a Fatal Four-Way match to take place at Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 24th.
Sami Zayn, Ilja Dragunov, Damian Priest, Solo Sikoa, Matt Cardona, Trick Williams, Randy Orton, and The Miz will compete in singles matches to qualify for the Fatal Four-Way. The winner of the Saturday Night’s Main Event match will challenge the champion at the Royal Rumble.
Cody Rhodes defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre on this week’s Smackdown, which already aired live on Netflix and airs on USA Network tonight at 8:00 PM ET/5 PM PT. Spoilers for that match are here.
The Royal Rumble takes place on January 31st from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and airs live on the ESPN Unlimited App domestically, plus Netflix internationally.
