WWE Creative Reportedly ‘Under Pressure’ This Week, Reaction To Raw Issues

The WWE creative team is reported to be “under pressure” this week, in addition to a note on the reaction to some issues on WWE Raw. The report comes from Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that “a number of people” in WWE’s creatve divisions are under pressure coming out of Monday’s WWE Raw.

The report notes that due to the show taking place in Los Angeles, where several Netflix executives were in attendance, the show had some added importance. The report cites sources as pointing out a couple of issues with the show.

First off, the opening segment of Raw had issues with a microphone and a botched Fall From Grace spot by Oba Femi, which was described as “not a good look.” The Danhausen & Joe Hendry concert was acknowledged as having been a miss, particularly around the involvement of boxer Ryan Garcia. The appearance of Garcia was considered to be underwhelming, and it was pointed to as unnecessary considering Garcia’s controversial history. Garcia was expelled from the WBC in July of 2024 for making racist comments including slurs on a livestream, though the ban was rescinded in November of last year.
