WWE Holding Joint Raw & Smackdown Taping In December

WWE will be holding another Raw and Smackdown taping on the same night next month in Washington, DC. The Capital Arena made the announcement on Monday, posting to Twitter to make the reveal as you can see below.

The venue wrote:

“Two shows. One night.

WWE RAW and SmackDown take over Capital One Arena on Monday, December 21!

Tickets on sale 11/6 at 10am.”

The announcement comes ahead of tonight’s show, which will also be a live episode of Raw and a Smackdown taping for this Friday. Tonight’s show is so that the company can head to Saudi Arabia for WWE Crown Jewel on Saturday. In the case of the December show, this will allow WWE not to hold a live episode on Christmas Day, which takes place on a Friday.

Tonight’s WWE Raw taping airs live starting at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT on Netflix.
