Is MVP Returning to WWE?

– According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it does not appear that MVP will be returning to WWE. A person close to the situation ton the WON that the issue is not dead, but MVP is insisting that he is not returning and is taking independent bookings. The report also says, and this had been previously reported, that some of the offers for talent to return have been low and that the guys with names have felt that the offers have been too low to return. MVP was at the NXT show in Houston, TX on July 30th, visiting friends.
