WWE News: Josh Bredl’s Reputation Backstage, How NXT Promo Classes Are Broken Down
– Josh Bredl’s Social Outcasts diss on Twitter didn’t make him popular backstage, and he already had a fair amount working against him. The WON reports that the Tough Enough winner doesn’t have a great reputation because of how he came in on a Tough Enough contract, and his Twitter mention was a huge topic of discussion within the company.
Bredl is considered to be a good listener and trains hard, and Vince McMahon is a fan of his look, but his $250,000 salary and inexperience are working heavily against him. Most believe that Bredl quickly realized his mistake since he deleted the post, but then dug himself deeper in the hole by responding to Kevin Owens’ critical response with “LOL.”
– The site also has details on how NXT’s promo classes work. The classes are broken down into particular demographic groups: “Girls”, “Teams”, “Big Men”, “Smaller Athletes”, “Foreign Accent”, and “Character.”
Among the people currently in the “Smaller Athletes” class are Tough Enough’s Patrick Clark, Rich Swann and Biff Busick. Zamariah “ZZ” Loupe is the only person currently in the character class.
