– Bray Wyatt recently spoke with news-leader.com, here are the highlights…

His Thoughts on Randy Orton: (Laughs.) Yeah, well, Randy might be a little bit of a pretty boy, but he’s still a dangerous person. I think he’s a 10- or 12-time world champion, you know, and looks can be deceiving here. But I also have a little bit of something behind me. He’s a little damaged right now, he’s perfect for me. I’ll be coming at him full-bore, just like I do everyone else.

On His Heroes: Oh, man. I have a lot of heroes. I have a lot of people that I’ve looked up to. We touched on Dusty already. As far as, you know, me having a hero, I would say Blackjack Mulligan (Robert Windham, Wyatt’s maternal grandfather), who just passed away, you know, not too long after Dusty did. He’s up chasin’ down shots of Jack and gettin’ in fistfights with Dusty in heaven. Blackjack was just a man bigger than life. He was huge, by the way, 6’9″. He was just a huge man. Just seeing him come into a room, how he handled himself. You couldn’t help but look up to someone like that. He was the last cowboy — maybe the last real cowboy outlaw that will ever be.

On Beard Maintenance: (Laughs.) Okay, so, if you look at the Wyatt family (Bray Wyatt’s “villainous professional wrestling stable” in WWE, according to Wikipedia), all four of us have a different approach. Luke Harper, he has a birds’ nest approach. Where he just doesn’t touch it or take care of it. (Erick) Rowan, he likes to clean his beard out with whatever food he’s eating. Just getting it in there, giving it its own kind of musk. And Braun (Strowman), Braun’s kind of similar to me. I’ve had it maybe four to five years now. Chris Jericho ripped a big chunk out of the middle, maybe a couple years ago, four to five inches. It would be maybe much longer than it is. But you gotta go with anything the Amish people produce as far as bear oils, or my main man Big Gene Snitsky (another professional wrestler) has a beard oil that’s very, very good. You gotta take care of this thing, because it’s on your face. That’s just what it is, man. That’s on you.
