MGM Pushes No Time to Die Six Months to October

No Time to Die has been given another release delay, being pushed six months to October. Deadline reports that the 007 film has been delayed from his scheduled April 2nd release date to October 8th.

The move is the latest move for the film due to the pandemic. No Time to Die was originally back in April of 2020 but then got pushed out to November 12th of the year due to COVID-19. It was moved again in October with the April release date planned. As No Time to Die moves out to October, MGM has also delayed the Bob Odenkirk-starring Nobody from February 26th to No Time to Die’s April 2nd slot.

The film stars Daniel Craig, Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz, and Ralph Fiennes. Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, the plot synopsis reads:

In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
