Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is set to release in April, and the first teaser is online with the full trailer coming Monday. Warner Bros. Pictures released the first teaser on Friday, and you can check it out below.
The film stars Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Jude Law, Jessica Williams, Callum Turner, and Mads Mikkelson. The latter star is replacing Johnny Depp in the role of the villain Grindelwald. The film is described as follows:
Professor Albus Dumbledore knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?
