Daredevil MCU Series In The Works At Disney+

Daredevil lives again, as Marvel has an MCU series for the character in the works at Disney+. Deadline and THR both report that Marvel Studios is moving ahead with a Daredevil series at the streamer with Matt Corman and Chris Ord (Covert Affairs) on board to write and executive produce.

THR reports that it will be a “new but continued” series, and while not clarifying what that means it suggests that it will share continuity with original Netflix series. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, who play Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, have already shown up in the MCU through appearances in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Hawkeye, respectively.

The Netflix series are now airing on Disney+, retaining its more mature content than past MCU projects. Details on the new series are still scarce, and Marvel does not comment on projects in development.
