Update On Eric Young’s WWE Status

A new report has some details on Eric Young and his status with WWE. It was reported back in December that Young was headed back to WWE following the end of his Impact Wrestling run, and Fightful Select reports that Young is in fact under contract with the company and has been since as far back as November.

Young hasn’t been on screen yet with the company, and there have not yet been any reports of him being backstage. Young was recruited back to the company a few months after Triple H took over creative, and Impact was made aware that Young would be finishing up with them by October. He was written off Impact Wrestling by being murdered on screen by Deaner in a takeover of Violent By Design (now just called The Design).
