Lance Archer Responds to CM Punk Promo From AEW Collision, Says Punk Won’t Fight Him

– AEW star Lance Archer responded to a line in CM Punk’s promo last night, when he former world champion returned to AEW at last night’s premiere episode of Collision.

During the promo, Punk stated, “If you’re here today and you feel I owe you an apology. Here it is. I am sorry…. That the only people softer than you are the wrestlers you like. Tell me when I’m telling lies!” In response to the promo, Lance Archer tweeted earlier today, “I’m not. But he won’t fight me and #AEW won’t put me in the ring w him.”

Archer has not worked a match in AEW since a March 24 episode of the now-defunct AEW Dark: Elevation. You can reaed his tweet on CM Punk below:
