UPDATE: A new report has an update on El Hijo Del Vikingo after he collapsed backstage following his match at AAA TripleMania XXXI: Mexico City. PWInsider reports that there’s no indication and no one that has said the situation was a work, and that Vikingo was legitimately not feeling well before the match.
The site reports that as of today, the AAA Mega Champion is fine and won’t miss any upcoming dates. The situation was said to be one where he didn’t eat enough yesterday and ended up dehydrated.
ORIGINAL: El Hijo Del Vikingo reportedly collapsed backstage following his AAA Mega Championship defense at TripleMania XXXI: Mexico City. Vikingo retained the title against Mike Bailey, Daga, and Jack Cartwheel at the show, and a video from backstage made its way around social media of the star down backstage and being stretchered away.
