Bron Breakker Wins Back Intercontinental Title On WWE Raw
Bron Breakker is again the WWE Intercontinental Champion, defeating Jey Uso on Raw after the Bloodline got involved. Breakker defeated Uso in the main event of Monday’s show in a match that saw Solo Sikoa and his crew in ringside seats for the match. Uso cut off Tama Tonga and Tonga Lao from getting involved, telling him he didn’t want their help.
Breakker tried to take out Uso at one point but instead clotheslined Sikoa. Uso hit a splash on Breakker in the ring for a nearfall and Tonga and Loa were ejected from the ring, but Jacob Fatu nailed Uso with a superkick and Samoan dropped him through the announce table as the referee was distracted. Breakker got Uso in the ring, hit a super spear and pinned Uso to win the title.
This marks Breakker’s second run with then title, ending Uso’s reign at 27 days. Uso defeated Breakker on the September 23rd episode of Raw to win the title.
