Takuya Nomura Taking Leave Of Absence Due to Kidney Failure Diagnosis

Big Japan Pro Wrestling’s Takuya Nomura is taking a leave of absence after being diagnosed with kidney failure. As Fightful notes, the compeny held a press conference on Sunday with Nomura, BJW President Eiji Tosaka and Fighting Detectives’ Fuminori Abe. It was announced that Nomura will be taking an indefinite leave as a result of the condition.
The press conference noted that Nomura does not currently need dialysis treatments or the like, and Nomura said his first goal is to get healthy again. He had announced an absence back on August 9th due to doctor’s orders.
Nomura last competed on August 6th. On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Nomura for a quick and full recovery.
