Arianna Grace has an important role on screen as the NXT and TNA liaison, and she recently talked about the role and working with her dad Santino Marella. Grace has served in the on-screen role since September of 2024. Her role has become more prominent in recent months, and it has put her on-screen with her father on a regular basis. She even turned on him on the December 18th episode of TNA Impact to side with her fiance Stacks.

In an interview with Casual Conversations With The Wrestling Classic that took place before her turn, Grace spoke about the liaison role and what it’s like working with Marella. You can see the highlights below:

On Her Role as NXT & TNA Liaison:

“So honestly, I think it’s like a a really cool role to be in. Just because I grew up around wrestling, in the wrestling business. So you know, a lot of those people that are at TNA, I’ve actually like known from even before WWE. It’s such an interesting like collection of people, even at NXT. For example, one of the camera ladies is one of my closest friends I’ve known from like a very young age. And one of the refs I’ve known for a very long time, and then like over even the seamstress at TNA like I’ve known for such a long time.

“So between these two buildings, I feel like I am the perfect liaison. Because honestly, I get along with everybody. Everyone thinks I’m really nice, everyone really likes me, and I like everybody too for the most part unless they bother me So I am the perfect person to connect TNA and NXT, and to make it NXTNA because I know everybody and they know me and they’re comfortable with me.”

On Working With Her Father On TV:

“Awesome. So awesome, so unbelievable. I never thought it was actually going to happen this early in my career. So that was like, a surprise blessing. But just like how I said with Channing here — when I work with him, work already doesn’t feel like work, but it’s like a gift. So the same goes with my dad. Seeing my dad at work, like it’s not work to begin with because I love my job. But now it’s like, ‘Oh my god. And my dad who is one of my best friends, he’s here too. This is so much fun.’ It is so awesome.”
