Note On When WWE May Return To London

WWE ran Raw and Smackdown in London this week, and a new report has some details on when the company could return to the city. This week’s Raw and Smackdown took place at the O2 Arena, with Smackdown being taped on Tuesday for airing Friday ahead of WWE Night of Champions.
According to Wrestlevotes Radio On Fightful Select, sources said that backstage speculation was that the company might return for the O2 in London for the final Raw before WrestleMania 43. Note the key word there being “speculation”; as such, this is obviously not any sort of confirmation that the show will take place there. WWE has not made any announcements yet about when they will be back in the UK, and outside of a rescheduled episode of Smackdown, have not announced any details for Raw or Smackdowns past September.
WrestleMania 43 is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in April of next year. WWE often pairs their trips to Saudi Arabia with overseas tours; this week’s Raw and Smackdown preceded Night of Champions, which also takes place in Riyadh.
