Nic Nemeth is back at the top of TNA’s men’s division as its World Champion.

Tonight’s pay-per-view saw Santana put the title on the line against Nemeth in the main event. Earlier in the match, a distraction from Ryan Nemeth allowed Nic Nemeth to blast Mike Santana with the Call Your Shot trophy.

A bloodied Santana was barely able to beat the ten count and was then subjected to a beatdown by Nemeth. He almost faded after Nemeth locked in the Sleeper Hold but gathered enough strength to break the hold by dropping the challenger.

Santana eventually wrestled control of proceedings with a Spin Kick, a Rolling Buck Fifty, and more. However, Nemeth refused to stay down. He replied with a DDT and a Danger Zone for a near fall.

Nemeth went for a Superkick, but Santana no-sold it and followed it up with his trademark Spin the Block. However, Nemeth shockingly stayed alive.

Ultimately, the loss of blood led to Santana’s undoing as he faded away while attempting another Spin the Block. Nemeth nailed the final blow via the Danger Zone and pinned Santana to capture the TNA World Championship for the second time in his career.

Santana’s reign ends at 164 days. He won the title from Frankie Kazarian at TNA iMPACT’s AMC premiere on January 15, 2026.
