Notes On Next Week’s WWE Tryouts, When Attendees Found Out

The latest WWE tryouts kick off next week ahead of WWE SummerSlam, and a new report notes when the prospective talent learned of their invitations. As noted, the tryouts are set to start next week with Titus Alexander, Josh Bishop, J-Rod, Colton Theron Vaught, Conan Lycan and more set to attend.

The latest report from Fightful Select notes that the potential recruits were informed of their invitations at least a couple of weeks ago, as the outlet had heard of a couple of the names at that point. It was also noted that there are still some names to be revealed that have not, as of now, been made public.

It was also noted that some of the invitees had interest from other companies before their announced tryouts. Details on which invitees had interest and from whom are not yet known, and more is expected to be revealed in the days to come.

Finally, it was noted that despite working a number of dates there and being the current co-holder of the Tag Team Championships with Donovan Dijak, Bishop is not currently under contract to MLW.
