Mercedes Mone Attacks Willow Nightingale Before AEW Dynamite

AEW star and Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner Mercedes Mone has had it with AEW Women’s World Champion Willow Nightingale. AEW Dynamite hasn’t even begun, but it looks like Mone got things started early. She released a video on her X account, revealing that she assaulted the champion at a different venue before Dynamite.

Mone’s video shows the aftermath of her attack on Willow Nightingale, and she also taunts and curses at the champion. Mone says in the clip, “Make sure you tune into AEW Dynamite tonight and see me take away that ugly *** *****’s smile. She deserves that. *Laughs* You deserve it, Willow! She earned it, and that’s why I’m the greatest of all time.”

Mone says into her camera, “Yeah, she deserved all of that! She wants to embarrass me, she wants to smile?! I am so sick of that damn smile because there’s nothing to smile about. In two weeks at All In, I’m going to take away that damn smile once and for all.”

She added, “Three years. I have been waiting for this moment for three years. And nobody’s going to take it away from me. Nobody. I’m the CEO for a reason. Love it and get used to it. I’ll see you guys tonight. TBS. HBO Max. The champ is here. Bye *****es.”

The Mercedes Mone & Willow Nightingale Rivalry Heats Up Before All In London

Mercedes Mone and Willow Nightingale have a long-standing rivalry going back to 2023, when Willow Nightingale beat Mone in a shocking upset to win the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title at NJPW Resurgence in May of that year. Mone later defeated Willow to win the AEW TBS Title at AEW Double or Nothing 2024.

Willow Nightingale would eventually get some payback in December 2025, when she defeated Mone to regain the AEW TBS Championship. Now, Mone is looking to challenge Nightingale for the AEW Women’s World Title at AEW All In London 2026 later this month.

We’ll have to tune into tonight’s AEW Dynamite to learn more details about Mone’s attack and Willow Nightingale’s condition. The show airs live on TBS starting at 8:00 pm ET. It will also be simulcast on HBO Max.
