Undertaker & Sean Waltman Recall BSK Showing Up At a Bar And Saving The Kliq

Sean Waltman was the guest on a recent episode of Six Feet Under, where he and The Undertaker looked back on a night in Moncton, New Brunswick when Waltman and the rest of the Kliq found themselves surrounded outside a bar when Taker and his Bone Street Krew friends happened to pull up at the right moment.
There’s long been the perception among wrestling fans that the BSK and the Kliq hated each other, even with members of both groups pushing back on that notion. You can check out the comments from Waltman and Undertaker below:
On the Reputation BSK & The Klig Had With Each Other:
Undertaker: “People always ask now — because everybody knows everything, everybody watches all these podcasts and thinks they know, and thinks they were there in the room when it all happened. It’s like, ‘Hey, the BSK and the Kliq — how’d y’all get along?’ Great.”
Waltman: “No, y’all came and saved our lives one night.”
On the night in Moncton:
Waltman: “We were in Moncton, and it was the main club there called Ziggy’s. We went there every time we were in; that’s the only thing to do. But for some reason it was just at that point — like Scott, Kev and Shawn, and I don’t know if anybody else was there — and everyone wanted to kill us in that bar.”
Undertaker: “Wonder why?”
Waltman: “I don’t know. It was probably something Shawn did. And so we’re standing outside, and we were surrounded. And I’m not being overdramatic here either, man. We were surrounded, and all of a sudden, this big old black Lincoln [shows up].”
On the BSK Arriving At the Same Time:
Undertaker: “There was actually — I think there was three of us, because we had the whole crew there. Junebug and Yoko were in one car, me and Bear were in another car, and we all just happened to pull up at the same time.”
Waltman: “Gangsters getting out. ‘What’s up?’ Everybody just went back inside.”
Undertaker: “It was winter too, so we all had long black leather trenches on. And Yoko — man, I miss him so much. But Yoke, you know, he’s just talking mad smack right out, coming out of the car. You could tell that something was going down, and we knew our guys were in the middle of it. And that’s all it took for Yoke. Because there’s honor amongst thieves, and you don’t mess with the boys.”
On the Nicknames From That Era:
Waltman: “Junebug, for anyone who doesn’t know, is Rikishi.”
Undertaker: “Sorry, I forget. Sometimes when I start talking about that stuff, I forget — maybe they don’t understand, they don’t know who that is. So I got to go through the rolodex of everybody’s names. But Junebug, Bear, Hillbilly Lover — always Hillbilly Lover. We always got along great, man. There was never any issue.”
