Several WWE Talent Reportedly Pushed Back Against Traveling to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel

As noted, Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that no WWE talent refused to travel to Saudi Arabia for the upcoming Crown Jewel Premium Live Event.

However, Fightful Select has since reported that a number of talents, including top stars, contacted Sean Ross Sapp and revealed that they made it clear to WWE that they didn’t want to be booked on the show due to ongoing security concerns.

Additionally, one talent reportedly revealed that the wrestlers who are scheduled to compete at the event have expressed their concerns to WWE. However, the company has assured them that safety precautions would be the utmost priority during this trip.

As noted, Crown Jewel has been moved to a new venue in Riyadh. More on that HERE.
