All Elite Wrestling presented its annual Blood & Guts special edition of AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, November 4.
The show featured two extremely bloody Blood & Guts matches, with the women’s bout opening the show.
With both matches featuring several violent spots, fans have been concerned about the well-being of everyone. In his exclusive report, Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer noted that everyone involved in the Blood & Guts matches came out injury-free. Alvarez wrote:
“It appears everyone in both Blood and Guts matches are OK. There was concern about Darby’s tooth after, of all things, his own knee hit his face on a Michinoku driver bump, but turned out he was OK.”
As noted, the team of Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander, The Brawling Birds, and Queen Aminata defeated Persephone, the Triangle of Madness, and The Divine Dominion via submission.
Meanwhile, the men’s match saw The Don Callis Family emerge victorious over Team Ospreay, as Adam Copeland surrendered after Kyle Fletcher grabbed Will Ospreay from behind and threatened to stab the AEW World Champion’s neck with a screwdriver.
